Hazel has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over a decade, driven by a commitment to personal growth and the transformative power of yoga. Hazel studies daily under the guidance of her teachers Diana Christinson and Sarah Miles. Striving for a continually deepening personal practice, she has traveled to India to practice Ashtanga over the years. She loves teaching Ashtanga yoga in a safe and friendly environment.With her 500-hour accreditation from Yoga Alliance Professionals and years of study under respected teachers, she offers a safe and inspiring space for students of all levels.
